Lisfranc joint dorsal
The lisfrancs joint is comprised of three tarsometatarsal joints. The medial joint occurs between the medial cuneiform and the base of the first metatarsal. This joint is supported by a dorsal, plantar and medial interosseous tarsometatarsal ligament. The intermediate joint is located between the middle and lateral cuneiforms and the bases of the second and third metatarsals and is supported by a dorsal, plantar and intermediate interossous tarsometatarsal ligament. Finally, the lateral joint is located between the cuboid and the fourth and fifth metatarsals. The lateral tarsometatarsal joint is supported by a dorsal, plantar and lateral interossous tarsometatarsal ligament.
